Welcome to The Gonzales Noon Lions Club

The Gonzales Noon Lions Club

"We Serve"

These two little words have a big place in the heart of us Lions. From the beginning of Lions Club International in 1917, the "We Serve" motto has guided generations of Lions from clubs worldwide to look beyond ourselves and do what is necessary to help those in need, better our communities, and do our little part to make the world a better place; to make a difference.

The Gonzales Noon Lions was chartered in 1940 with 16 members. From the start, we have been more than just a club, we are a family. And as in any family, we grow together, we have fun, we do things together, and we are there for one another. "We Serve" our community which is actually our extended family. By providing scholarships to deserving students, sending kids to camp, providing eye glasses for children who need them, and contributing to numerous other local charities, The Gonzales Noon Lions Club exemplifies the credo "We Serve."

"We Serve." You would have never thought these two little words would be so powerful.

So if you think this is for you, and you want to join those of us who live by the motto "We Serve", please let us know and we will definitely welcome you to our meetings and if you wish, into the club. We have a gold vest waiting for you.
